Stay here if you want to stay at an authentic Swiss cottage. Saxeten is brilliant. We were so regret that we did not spend more time here, exploring the surroundings. So quiet here, no visitors or cars. You can fully emerge in the brilliant cottage life. The hosts were so friendly. The hotel was quite old style, but clean. Great price especially during the busy months in summer. Definitely recommended.

Hotel has a games room with pool table and soccer table and board games. A small library with books and big spacious lounge with free coffee, tea and mull wine. It's a good place to hang out at all these rooms when the weather was bad. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good experience

I liked the hotel very much. Beautiful hotel from the outside, beautiful room, furniture made of wood. From the window there is a gorgeous view of the mountain and fir trees! The room is warm. Excellent bathroom. Very clean in the room. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Very good location of the hotel - in the center of the town. The restaurant serves delicious food. The friendly waitress advised what to choose for dinner, she guessed my food preferences and was very friendly and polite. I really liked the atmosphere in the restaurant.
