Excellent customer service. Maria and Adam are amazing hosts as well as the other guys! Way beyond my expectation.Always ready to help and advise on any activities. Love the picnic room, the lounge, 24/7 tea and coffee, housekeeping ladies and the lovely lady during breakfast greeting us with a smile and if we needed anything. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Views from the hotel are to die for and theres plenty of food to choose from during breakfast. The hotel rooms are big and clean. The area around the hotel is very beautiful, and is close to the main places.

The view from the balcony was fascinating! I am still seeing it in front of my eyes. Breakfast was good - nothing special. The size of the room is ok, we were two people with a apartment (two rooms) and we had enough space, but in the regular double room is quite small. Anyways, those small minuses fades when I remember the view and the helpful stuff there. I really recommend the place to everyone visiting Murren <3!

Extremely friendly personnel - very helpful and attentive! Very tasty breakfast with wide selection of food – everyone will find something delicious. It is not possible to get to the hotel by car – you need to take a train from Lauterbrunnen, what is not a problem, but you should be aware of it. I would gladly return in the future.

    This place is for people who don't like to see other people :-). The chalet is located at the end of the road in Stechelberg, so you don't have much traffic. The hotel restaurant is about 50m from the chalet. The chalet itself has a terrace with unbeatable panoramic view of the mountains including Breithorn. This is an ideal place for relaxation or hiking or both. Highly recommended!

    It was my fourth time at this place. I enjoyed every momemnt with my friends. We did a hike from Stechelberg “Winteregg loop” and had a Fondue for a dinner at The Alpenhof Mountain House (there is equipment for that). You just need to buy cheese. Diane is such a warm and friendly person. We felt like in a family. She took very good care of us. Until next time!

    Location is close to the bus stop. It has almost everything you need to self cater. It was comfortable and warm. It had a great selection of TV channels. Including most of the UK mainstream channels.its lovely and quiet even though its is on the road to Stechelberg.

    Lovely Traditional Swiss Hotel, B&B Staff Were simply amazing considering I didn’t speak a word of German and very limited French. Stunning Fresh food at a reasonable price + breakfast included was a bonus. Extremely Clean - even shared facilities

    It was a cosy little spot with a vintage feel. Great location for the stechelberg cable car. Comfy beds, great parking spot for our van. Very friendly host.
