The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The front desk staff was very instrumental in getting us transportation to the airport especially after we had booked two other parties previously, but they did not show up. She was awesome!!!

Great location, just a short 5 minute walk to the train station where you can take a 30 minute train ride into downtown Zurich. The parking was free and checking in and out was smooth and easy to navigate. Our room was very clean and nice and we really enjoyed the property overall.

The hotel is situated close to the trainstation (10min on foot). A really cozy business hotel with everything that you need. There is a restaurant on the 6th floor with a lounge/bar inside where you can smoke and order cocktails. I had a lilletberry fizz and it was a quite refreshing drink. The buffet at the breakfast was plenty offered a variety of everything. On a sunny day you could even enjoy the breakfast on their terrace.

    There was no reason to give me a parking ticket Sunday...

    There was no reason to give me a parking ticket Sunday morning. The local police probably know that the Loren hotel gives keys that dont open the hotels parking lot and that there is no other parking there. What a way to make money for that city. Ill do my best to stay away from that shi..hole.

    Our 7th floor room was comfortable with a pleasant balcony and very nice views. Breakfast was all you’d want in a pleasant dining room. All staff were very friendly. The hotel is situated right in the centre of a shopping centre and is very convenient for the train and bus stations.
