Breakfast was amazing and was packaged to go so we could take it on our penguin tour. Also the host was super helpful and very available to answer our questions. He helped us also to book taxis since our Spanish is pretty poor which made that process easy!

Everything. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast was delicious. The room was big and clean. Also, they have blackout curtains and they made the room super dark. Perfect to sleep. Location, close to everything. The hotel has free wifi and parking.

All staff made us feel welcome, helped us in any way we needed them at the front desk. Came back each day to the cleaner been with clean beds, towels and personal touch with the kids teddy's on the bed. Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from and all the restaurant staff were exceptionally helpful. Always someone around the could speak English if needed help with translating the language.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful when trying to book excursions. The room was clean spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection however the coffee machines were not working on both mornings but instant coffee was available. The hotel was well situated to explore the area.
