Beautiful location. Spa (swimming pool + sauna + massage rooms basically) was beautiful and relaxing, and overlooking to amazing views. Breakfast was pretty good, especially given the very limited Chilean breakfast style. Room was comfortable, everything was so clean.

Loved Torres del Paine and will carry very sweet memories of our stay in the little Hobbit hut (one of accomm options) at Morrena Lodge. Although huts are outside the lodge, we still had use of all lodge facilities including breakfasts. Lodge is clean and lovely with picturesque walks from the front door. Location in the park itself is fantastic of course; we were just lucky to pick up one of last available accommodations inside Torres. The food at Morrena is outstanding; you could stay for the dinners alone!

Super comfortable room and super friendly staff. Our standard room had a view of the parking area, but the views from the dining room were amazing. The shower and bathroom were great. Driving to the nearest park entrance only takes about 10 minutes. The restaurant is excellent especially considering the location! They even took good care of the two of us when there were multiple large tour groups being served.

Really great host. It is a lodge, not a hotel, but if you understand that, then you see the beauty. Location is beautiful, and it is reasonably well positioned for exploring Torres del Paine, but car is essential. While power and wifi are off during the night, there is mobile phone signal, so if you really have to be connected during the night, get yourself a good plan.

This place is magical! The location feels remote, far away from the world. The drive over is beautiful, the estancia so picturesque, with horses and sheep wondering about. Laguna Verde is a stone's throw away, the mountains are visible from the very large living room window. There is a fireplace to complete the picture of a cosy getaway. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Can we please stay here forever?!

It is located in the middle of nowhere, but close to Torres Del Paine park. The road to the park is in a good condition so you can quickly reach the park. The room was good and had a nice interior. Beds were really comfortable. They provide a great breakfast and hostess is really nice and helpful.

We had a flat tire in Torres del Paine. The host was very caring and helpful: he helped us getting to the nearest city, and to find a repair service even though it was a holiday. These couple of days were the low point of our trip, and the staff in this hotel did everything they could to make it better, which is greatly appreciated. Sadly, we had to leave the hotel before we actually stayed there, so we cannot comment on its location and facilities.

Pampa was great. The location felt very home like with friendly staff. The chef at the restaurant was phenomenal, some of the best food in the area. In fact people from more expensive hotels were coming in to eat there..

Very friendly staff. The place is very well run The rooms are clean and the location is great much better than staying in Puerto Natales if you are hiking the park. A set dinner menu is also offered which is very tasty and the drinks are reasonably priced. I highly recommend a stay
