We had a layover 11 hours in Chengdu and needed to have rest and sleep with my little daughter. The hotel family picked up us very carefully from the airport, prepared clean and very comfortable room, in a very quiet and beautiful place. I’m so grateful for your hospitality and care! The front desk staff was friendly and helpful, was helped by Jack on the day we check out for airport pickup arrangement. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also great!

This beautiful hotel is located in a picturesque countryside surrounded by greenery and fields. It's about 25-min drive from the airport, perfect for when you have a layover. You can really experience the real Chinese countryside life, there's a village walking distance from the property, where you can find many shops and restaurants. Willian is absolutely the star of this place, he took care of us really well. He's super helpful, friendly, and attentive. He picked us up from the airport and also dropped us off, which was such a great help. The rooms are spacious, modern, and comfortable. He even let me use his electric motorbike to ride around the countryside. It was such a pleasant surprise and we had the best time we didn't even expect to have during a flight layover. I really recommend this place, much better experience than with some of the much more expensive international hotels near the airport.

Free shuttle to and from airport, wait at level 4 departure area gate 12 (I asked the airport info to be sure and they called the hotel). It would be better if they put sign on where there shuttle stops to be more convenient to the guests. Room is great and modernize. Breakfast is great

Location was easy to find. Ms. Ann has the best staff, very caring and accommodating. I was on a long layover heading back to USA. I was able to rest comfortably. They took care of me like family. Also the breakfast was DELICIOUS! The shower was a chef’s kiss. I didn’t want to leave.

The location was great for us, close to the sport venue. Although the staff don't speak much English, we've managed to communicate pretty well, sometimes using the translation apps. Big thank you for the reception staff in particular. Both, morning and evening shift. They were the best! The room was nice and clean. The airport shuttle was another bonus.
