It was very comfortable stay since the hotel is close to the airport and highly recommended for those departing from Daxing airport. It was also helpful that every 30 minutes free airport shuttle bus was traveling back and forth for the travelers. We really enjoyed our stay.

Bruce the manager was Excellent...helpful, professional, accommodating, and spoke Good English...a huge relief. All of the staff are very sweet and attentive to client needs. My flight was canceled and the staff did everything they could to lessen the blow! They escorted me by shuttle to and from the airport to solve my dilemma...a great relief.

It's convenient to stay if you're stuck in a transfer zone. Comfortable beds, good room temperature. Can get some food if you're lucky (I arrived after dinner and left before breakfast).

I was at this facility for a month. When I first arrived and entered my room, I saw that there was no closet nor a wardrobe; just a pegboard with hooks. "Oh" , I said, " I need a wardrobe or something if I'm going to stay here for a month" I could not live out of my suitcase for a month. So immediately they said okay. We will try and get a wardrobe for you but it might take a couple days. And I said okay no problem. Well in less than 2 hours I had a wardrobe in my room! They heard what I needed and they supplied it!! You can't get any better service than that! Also, I'm from the USA so I don't speak Chinese but the owner of the hotel was absolutely wonderful and he helped me whenever I needed it. Including when I wasn't at the hotel but lost in Beijing. Trying to find a phone company to get my phone fixed. I was able to call him and he talked with the people around me to get me back on track so that I could get home. You can't get any better service than that! I will most definitely stay at this watermelon Hotel again!
