Perfect hotel in Guangzhou with outstanding management – our stay from April 17 to 26 We stayed at this hotel for 9 nights in April during our trip to Guangzhou, and it was truly one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The hotel is located in a quiet, peaceful, and very clean neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle, which makes it a perfect place to relax after a busy day. Yet, everything you might need is nearby. The hotel itself is new and not overcrowded, with spacious rooms, brand-new furniture, and all the necessary amenities provided. Everything is thoughtfully arranged for a comfortable stay — it really feels like a home away from home. Breakfast was included in our rate, and it was another great aspect of our stay. The selection was varied and satisfying, with options for both Western and local tastes — a pleasant way to start each morning. What truly made our stay exceptional was the staff, especially the general manager, Mr. James Hu. From the very first moment, he showed himself to be a remarkable leader and a genuinely caring person. We found ourselves in a difficult situation, and James stepped in with incredible support, kindness, and efficiency. I’ve traveled to many countries, but I’ve rarely encountered such honesty, responsiveness, and humanity from hotel staff. It’s clear that a great team starts with a great leader — and thanks to James, the whole team reflects his high standards and warm spirit. Thank you so much to James and the entire team for making our stay so pleasant and memorable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others!

This stay was truly satisfying! From check-in, the front desk staff were warm, attentive, and thoughtful. The free airport transfer service was very convenient — really appreciated 👍 The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and I slept very well at night. Clean and spacious apartment. Good hygiene. Good tech. 10/10 recommend for a stay in the Science City. Kinda far from some local markets in Guangzhou such as the Optical Markets etc, but 35-45 mins away from the Canton Fair, which can be accessed by the Didi ride-hailing app for a reasonable price.
