This is a family-run hotel with the whole family pitching in. They were delightful and keen to be helpful with lots of cups of tea, advice and assistance with purchasing tickets. It felt like I was staying with friends. Very little english, but fearless with using translation apps. Very thoughtful - gave me a bottle of water for the train home after dropping me at the station. The standout for this property was the staff. I wish them every success with their business.

The hotel environment was very good, the staff was very friendly, asked us in advance about the arrival time and method, arranged a pick-up car to pick us up, and had a good breakfast. That was a fantastic stay in one of the best areas of Medieval city. The hosts gave a very warm welcome meeting us at the train station and helping with delivering the baggage which was very handy because one cannot take a car into the ancient city and otherwise has carry your bags from the gates. The location is an ideal balance of central position just several hundred meters away from the one of the main streets with the Administrator’s house and a quite alley away from noise. The room was a separate house with 1,5 floors. The interior is made with love and with much attention to details which make you feel that you are indeed in an ancient city but with all the benefits of modernity. The courtyard where you can sit and have a breakfast or just enjoy tea or simply relax is really impressive. This is family run business and the guys are always ready to help and very responsive.

The room is very clean and nice. The staff is very enthusiastic, and the lady at the front desk is very nice. They gave me a map of the ancient city and enthusiastically marked the address and performance time. It is located between South Street and the county government, and it is very convenient to visit the scenic spots.

We were warmly welcomed by the owner and her staff. The structure is in the heart of the city, and has an enchanting internal cloister. The rooms are large and equipped with every comfort. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower. We felt at home and really appreciated the owner's hospitality and friendliness. We will definitely return.

Our stay at the Water Hotel was absolutely incredible from start to finish. We were met by a driver at the train station to bring us to the hotel and the same was also organised for us to bring us back to the train station the next day all at no extra cost. The hotel is excellently situated in the middle of the ancient city. The room was beautifully decorated and beyond comfortable and clean. The reception staff were so professional and helpful. They helped us buy tickets to access scenic spots around the ancient city. It's a pity we could only stay the one night, we would have loved to stay longer.

The staff are very friendly, and helpful, the owner gave us lots of useful advice and tips, due to some circumstances, I called the owner for help after we left the Inn, the owner rescued us by meeting us with his two lovely twins and help book a taxi, we would have missed the train without the owner’s support.
