The host (Jack) and his father were very accommodating to everyone in the hotel. I say this because they made our trip so easy by helping us book our tickets to the destinations we wanted to go and provided us with transportation to wherever we needed. We really felt like we were part of the “family” when we stayed at their hotel. Speaking of hotel, the rooms were very clean and well kept together. Jack allowed us to use the laundry upstairs which was meant for staff use. I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else the next time I book a trip to WuLingYuan/ZhangJiaJie! 11/10 service! Highly recommend!

Will was an incredible host. He started the communication from before I arrived to ensure I had transportation to the resort and shared his suggestions or best way to plan the 3 days I was their. It felt peaceful and I truly enjoyed every minute of my experience and I believe it truly was made special because Will was always going out of his way to!

The house is big and comfortable, located in a very quiet area outside of the city. And very close to the national park. A few weeks before arriving I was contacted by a very nice lady called Wendy that helped me orgenized everything I needed from recommendations of what to do and where to go each day to helping with buying the tickets to some places. All in English. I think the place is great for couples and families.

Having stayed at luxury hotels worldwide, this hidden gem stands out. The infinity pool mirrors the Avatar floating mountains - pure magic! Where else can you sip espresso at 7am and be inside Wulingyuan by 7:05 (thanks to golf cart efficiency)? Staff anticipated needs: refilled my water during breakfast before I asked, and rearranged my itinerary for optimal photo lighting. That FREE shuttle saved $100+ in taxi fares. ​Pro Tip:​​ Order the ginger honey tea after hiking!

The hotel is located in a quiet area and the views are amazing, close to the middle gate of forest park. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. We had a couple of dinners in the hotel and the food was very tasteful

    I booked here because it is close to both wulinghuan scenic area and zhangjiajie grand canyon. Jack is the man. He was brilliant. He and his brother came and picked me up from the train station, sorted out all of my tickets. Also helped me to buy some new shoes in wulinghuan when mine broke. A really amazing place to stay if you are foreigners visiting the area and need some help with getting around and local expertise. Jack's dad was also a great guy and offered me some tea. My room was great, very spacious with a huge bed and a/c

    It was a wonderful experience. Long Jing was so great. She picked us up and dropped us off every day. We didn't have to worry about how to get back to the hotel after entering the forest park, nor did we have to worry about the tour in the scenic area. Because Long Jing would give us maps for free and help us plan many trips according to the maps. The sumptuous breakfast was free. We chose to have dinner at the countryside restaurant. Believe me, we would have dinner very late. Because you especially enjoyed the wonderful night.

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. He also helped us arrange taxis and took the time to explain what to see in the city. Thanks to his recommendations, we truly enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!

    I would like to call it the largest, warmest and most welcoming homestay in Zhangjiajie. The environment is so good, Zhangjiajie no other guest house is better than this, we stayed for five days, every day very happy. I will Amway all our friends come to Zhangjiajie to stay here.
