This place is an absolute gem. The property is lovely, the staff is lovely, the rooms and facilities are amazing and the food is great. Do not hesitate to stay here! We had the suite with private pool and enjoyed it very much. The pool even has a heater. Thank you to Mauricio and everyone else for the great time. The hotel is so beautiful! An ideal place to relax. The location is great because it allows you to visit other towns surrounding the place. The hotel has many spaces for recreation: swimming pool, bar, cafe, coffee tour, pine forest, etc. The included breakfast was delicious. Rooms were big and clean! The customer service was wonderful, the host was always attentive to what we needed! We did the coffee tour and it was a very good experience. We learned a lot!
