I don't think I can have enough words or space here to describe my whole wonderful experience. All I would say it to book it without any hesitation. Hacienda Santa Rosanna is not a hotel, it's 100% better. Hacienda Santa Rosanna is not an Airbnb, it's 100% better. Let's say it's like travelling to meet some family members for the 1st time, you grew up knowing you had cousins lets say in Santa Rosa De Cabal and decided to go and meet them for the 1st time. You arrive and have that huge feeling of homestay, they welcome you and treat you like VIP. Make sure you're 100% comfortable, ask you what you'd like to eat/drink, if you need help with transportation, anything!! And they also have on site coffee tours incl: coffee picking, coffee tasting and local food lunch. So you can have a whole experience when staying here. I thought I would have to book it separetely not realizing that I was staying at a coffee farm-:) If I were a local, I would definitely come at least every quarter to relax & recharge. Thanks a million Aleja and Luca/ Muchisimas gracias a vosotros por su atención.

We are amazed by the staff. They were helpful, friendly, did our check in very quick and we had to check out very early in the morning so we asked them to arrange our breakfast as a take away and they were more than happy to help. The view of the hotel was speechless. We were lucky to be there before sunset and had a chance to finish the day with a stunning sunset view. The room size was adequate, beds were comfy, bathroom was very clean and modernly designed.
