The hotel is in a very beautiful, quiet and pleasant location. We found the room comfortable and the staff very kind. The view from the windows is very nice but, particularly in our room (villa 12), the view of the volcano was obstructed by trees - which seems very natural to me, since we were in the middle of nature - but it wasn't exactly the same as the photos we saw. The fact that breakfast wasn't at the hotel didn't bother us at all, the restaurant is a 2-minute drive away and the hotel offers transportation. We liked it very much and would definitely return.

We had such a great time at this hotel. A small but great example of how attentive and kind they are, we were welcomed with a gift: stainless steel water bottles for the whole family, with personal name tags. The staff is super friendly. Our kids felt at home, and had a great time at the pool surrounded by howler monkeys, leguans etc. Breakfast and diner was good! We have small kids so didn’t enjoy their surf facilities, but for sure a lovely and warm place in Nosara, to enjoy the beach, pool and surroundings (by foot, car of rented golf cart).

The view was incredible, its out of the craziness of Lafortuna. Customer service at its best. These guys exceed every exoectation we had. The rooms are simple cabins over looking Arenal, but they are comfortable, clean, and you have everything you need. At night the night clerk took us on a nature walk around the pond. And during the day they showed us where to find sloths in nature. Really impressed with these people and the place.

The view is exceptional, the staff is very nice and the food in the restaraunt is very good. You can order tours to nearby locations and staff will help you managing that. The rooms are pretty basic, but comfortable and they have all one needs to have a relaxing holiday near nature. There is also a cool hiking trail through the jungle thdt circles back to the hotel and a swimming pool with an absolutely amazing view. Big thanks to Natalia and the rest of the crew for making our holiday so special!

My experience was very positive. The staff is very friendly. I loved trying the Costa Rican breakfast. The place was empty when I was traveling (off-season). I highly recommend it.

What a fantastic and beautiful place. So peaceful. Out in nature. I had the tent which was great with a comfy double bed, lockable wardrobe, and balcony. These tents aren't your normal camping experience. There is a small spa on site which was very relaxing. The area is on a eco farm which they are slowly increasing in size. The food was good all locally grown (much of it by themselves) vegetarian and organic. The staff were super friendly and helpful. When the clouds cleared what a stunning view of Arenal volcano and lake Arenal. I had such a relaxing time. It's about a 40 minute drive from la fortuna.
