The host and family were so kind and helpful. They make us feel very welcome, the breakfast was so good, the accommodation is so unique, tranquil and full of interesting things to see. They have lovely friendly dogs. We really enjoyed the time there and felt right at home.

it’s a great hotel as a stop over or before you leave for the airport. we used it on our arrival and now on our departure. the beds are delicious and showers are good. Breakfast is very decent and staff are super helpful.

My stay with Berna was truly very pleasant. I immediately felt at home, and the cozy room made me feel at home. The accommodation is perfect for a trip to the Irazú volcano. Everything is clean, and Berna is a very friendly host.
