We had lunch in the dining room. My salmon salad was superb & then dinner, celebrating our grandson birthday. The food, our waiter made it memorable.The breakfast was lovely around a beautiful surrounding. The young man who attended to us was exeptional. I believe is name is Kernest but i am always bad @ remembering names. The view from our room, dining room. The entire surrounding was breath taking. The staff was above & beyound.

The place is amazing! Such a beatiful property with stunning views over the valley. An incredible place to relax or do remote work. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money.

This hotel was perfect in every way. It is a beautiful building, with warm and classically decorated and furnished. Even the Christmas decorations were beautiful and tasteful. Our room was large, comfortable and with super comfortable bed. The bathroom large and with a big shower with hot water. The toiletries smelled lovely and there was a lot. The restaurant area is gorgeous and the food delicious. Breakfast had a very good choice and well cooked and served. Every member of staff was cheerful, friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay, kitchen with full facilities, free airport shuttle, breakfast was great, pool nice and warm, walkable to grocery store (10 mins), animal rescue (30 mins), butterfly gardens (30 mins), safe area. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Fantastic service, very clean, charming place with personality which makes you feel like you are in Costa Rica. A few hundred meters to a small center with a small supermarket and a handful of restaurants; we had Mexican which was nice. Solid breakfast included with fresh fruit, special made omelets, etc Our kid had birthday and the staff was so nice they had made a cake 🎂 which was a compliment from the house.

What an amazing place. If I'm ever staying in Escazu again, I'll definitely choose this hotel. The staff were superb, very friendly, ready to help and very accommodating. I asked for a room on a higher floor and they instantly arranged that for me. The breakfast was really good, with amazing service again - and a good choice of food and drinks. They also have a fantastic terrace outside, so you can choose whether to have your breakfast indoors or outdoors. The room was spacious and quiet, with a self-contained kitchen and a comfortable bed. They also have an outdoor pool and a nicely set up gym. The gym is not too big but has great equipment and if you go there during a quiet time, you can have the whole place to yourself. Also, a free welcome drink of my choice was a very nice touch. Another thing I loved was the location - right in the heart of Escazu, surrounded by excellent coffee shops and fashion boutiques only a short walk away.

Pura vida (pure life) is the Costa Rican motto for embracing all the magic life has to offer.
