Everything was perfect! This is one of the best hotels in Mindelo, in my opinion (and I've stayed at many of them). The rooms are just perfect: comfortable beds, good pillows, air-conditioning, good water pressure, hot water, blackout curtains, minibar with reasonable prices... The staff is very friendly and attentive. The breakfast (vegan on request) was amazing. Best breakfast I've had in Cape Verde. Very central location, within walking distance from most areas you'd want to visit during your stay. And I saved the best for last: a rooftop terrace with a jacuzzi with a view on Monte Cara. This hotel is a great addition to Mindelo. We immediately booked our next stay.

This hotel is located at walking distance from the ferry to Santo Antao, If you need a bit of comfort and luxury, this is your place to stay. The hotel looks brand new, there is a chill out pool with bar on the roof terrace and another pool at the ground floor. But it is a hotel, you need to wear a bracelet and it felt like a resort to me. This accommodation is not really to be compared to the many guesthouses to be found in Mindelo. But if you look for something like a formal hotel, I can highly recommend the place. There was also a gym, a very nice breakfast in buffet style included, and I also received a free room upgrade upon arriving. The staff was formal but very friendly.
