The breakfast was not only delicious but also authentically local. Dinner at the hotel was equally delightful. Magali and the rest of the stuff where amazing and helped us with everything we needed whether it was to arrange a hike or to get an Aluguer to the next city. There is a nice balcony from where you can look at the mountains and just relax and enjoy the nature around. This is also the perfect spot to hike and discover the nearby Sierra Malagueta or to go to Assomada or Taraffal for a day. We can also highly recommend the Restaurant. The food is great and fresh, the service is awesome and the best part of it all is the home made ice cream!

A nice view from a spacious balcony, beautiful interior and gorgeous paintings on the wall. It was fascinating to stay here for one night in our trip through the island. Apart of that, we got the receipt and tasting of craft grog drink which is so good.

I got a room with a balcony overlooking a breathtaking mountain scenery as well as a hibiscus tree growing right in front of my window. The bed was comfy, the room lovely, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The food was also good. This place was perfect for hiking in the area.

Great location, minutes from the beach, on a central street. The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom as well. The AC was working and cooling off the room pretty quickly in the summer heat. The room is equipped with a water heater and some complimentary coffee/tea (which was a pleasant touch!). Good breakfast and polite and helpful staff (despite arriving in the late evening, around 22-23:00, they prepared us a nice meal for dinner).
