Would highly recommend a hire car for those day's out to visit some out the way bars and resturants.. I liked that it is in a quiet area. But be careful, it is on a hill, you will definitely need a car. We didn't like that it wasn't clean, there were cockroaches in the kitchen, the toilet was dirty, it has a kitchenette but you have to buy everything from salt to oil, you also have to buy toilet paper and shower gel, only hand soap is provided.Guest review byOana - 10.0

It is an amazing village and people are so friendly. Food is delicious and cheap to eat. Othellos cafe and restaraunt on coral bay strip does an amazing breakfast. Coral bay not far lots of restaraunts and plenty to do. We did the quad biking tour and enjoyed it so much. Lovely town as long as you fit enough to climb the hill(s) or have a car. We really like Peyia and have visited it many times over he years as we have a friend who lives there. There are a number of good bars and the restaurants all offer good food at very reasonable prices. I love Peyia, I love the scenic views and the quirky little streets and restaurants. It's very peaceful here - we live at the other side of the island in Protaras which is very touristy in the summer - Peyia just feels very calm and quiet and peaceful!
