The property was so clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was spacious and perfect for our family of five. The villa was a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants but located on a peaceful street.

Great place!!! Very cosy and clean hotel just next to the beach. Perfect standard. We stayed at villa with private terrace . It was lovely experience. Staff was very helpfull and always with smile. Breakfast full of different delicious options. I do reccomend this hotel. It was PERFECT stay.

NO reception at all, NO drunk tourists screaming, NO overcrowding at pools, NO noise till morning. The hotel is very quiet and only the sound of crickets and sea waves disturbs it. And cats - there are many cats in hotel territory and nearby area and kids will enjoy it as cats are very friendly.     Lovely little place with pretty houses to look at and a few facilities such as small shops and restaurants. Perfect for a quiet, relaxing holiday and good to be able to access bigger places within half an hour if looking for a busier day. Just be cautious as there is a militarized mountain area which we didn't realize until we got closer and saw the signs.

    Okay you need a car for this property.Its just 10 minutes...

    Okay you need a car for this property.Its just 10 minutes from Larnaca but transport links are not that great.However you get a great deal more for your euro. More space a good modern well maintained apartment nice comfortable beds, a proper kitchen and George and his caring team. I have stayed in the middle of larnaca for more money and not a patch on this place
