I've read some negative comments about noise but i slept really good (i am easily annoyed by noise especially when sleeping) even with a festival and concert taking places at the square. Earplugs were provided but didn't need them. The room is very clean. Bathroom also very clean with very good facilities. Train station is about 10-15 min walk.
