A nice and cozy place—we spent a night here before taking a ferry to Denmark. The check-in and check-out process was easy and flexible, all the amenities were even better than described, and it was a quiet location. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place to stay while traveling to Denmark or visiting Hamburg.

A very cozy small hotel. It's quiet and green all around. The room is clean and comfortable, a comfortable bed. Good breakfast. We traveled with a dog. In the room we were prepared bowls and a couch, it was very nice.

The hotel is easy to reach from the highway, it is a lovely hotel with comfortable rooms, incorporating motifs from the old schoolhouse that it used to be, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the food is excellent. The breakfast is very nice, but the real highlight here is the exceptional restaurant. Plan to have dinner there! The food is gourmet, always so good, beautifully presented and creative, with an excellent wine list. Also the waiters and waitresses are very knowledgeable and helpful.

The location is great for vacation. You can have nice view, big enough park for 1 hour walking, and canal for Canoe there. They also have swimming pool and Sauna (but I did not use it). The service is nice, and the room is quiet. People are not complicated there and thus you can get a good rest. In the town center (Poppenbüttel) you will get shopping and whatever you want.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, truly! It’s located in a cul-de-sac area in Hamburg. The hotel is equipped with all necessities for leisure that includes the whole family. The family rooms are big with a wardrobe room. Kids can enjoy a great splash 💦 in the swimming pool and parents can relax at the spa for some peace of mind. We had breakfast included, fresh produce with a vast variety of different charcuterie dishes and fruits. The hotel provides lunch and dinner a la carte and the food is absolutely delicious with a diverse menu. The staff across the hotel are kind and attentive to guests. We highly recommend the cocktails at the bar. Nadine is in charge of the bar and we couldn’t be on better hands. She’s outrageously knowledgeable and inventive. We had the best cocktails, absolutely outstanding. Thank you Nadine for sharing with us a bit of your cocktail a liquor recipes, for the amazing conversations and making our stay memorable and pleasant.

    The central location in Ahrensburg was convenient for shops and the train station. The rooms in the 2 apartments which we rented were spacious and quite freshly painted and reasonably clean, and there was TV. The water was hot for showers, baths, etc., and there was a cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine in the kitchen (but no microwave).

    Hi I’m not happy after my booking I’m driving to the hotel then Ned charges more money and I drive back to Hamburg losing money time I’m writing to them I’m booking 3 nights for 130€ I have discount in booking.com I’m with them lounge time after arrive the managers ask me 50€ for the night I’m not happy after went I am arriving

    Good breakfast (worth of money too), spacious room for 4 people, our dog was considered nicely too (water, food, own small "mattress"). Super fast check in and good parking (if your vehicle is below 1.95m). Hotel was definitely a positive surprise and value for money.

    Better close this hotel altogether. There is dirt all around. When I arrived at the hotel there was no service staff. I had to call three times to get a room. Nobody came, and I had to take another hotel. They don't return the money, that's how they make money.

    The hotel is located in a quiet area a bit fare away from the downtown but very close to my business trip destination. The room was clean and had a big balcony facing the garden.
