Annex to the Lotta daybar is a pilates club Beyond, the excellent Loxa is very close and the castlegardens of Schloss Charlottenburg is a 5 minute walk. I liked that near the place are a lot of restaurants or just places to relax. I liked that is a central area that leads easily to a subway or a bus. Adelante personel were veey nice, thumbs up for all of them. When we arrived the person that checked us in was nice enough to explain certain things to us that any tourist would like to know. I loved the room we were checked in but also the place itself.

    Great tourist attractions easily accessable by very efficient transport system. Unlimited travel passes avoid the need to buy and validate individual travel tickets giving you hop on hop off freedom on all forms of city transport. Card and digital payments are now becoming more widely accepted but travelers should still carry cash. Extensive and beautiful parks and gardens. Grand monuments of every description and museums covering every historical period. Lots of restaurants offering every type of cuisine. Friendly and helpful locals willing to share information. A truly multicultural city .

    Overall it was great.

    Overall it was great. I stayed for a week coz I love visiting museums and attractions. I enjoyed Berlin zoo and aquarium, the Deja Vu museum, the river cruise and Dark Matter the most. 3-5days is enough if you just wanna explore the city and not into museums at all. Btw, welcome card is worth it for convenient use of transportation and discounts on attractions.

    Berlin was the best!

    Berlin was the best! An amazing city ..vibrant and diverse with so much to see and lots of history. The transport system was easy to follow and got you to the most important attractions and sights to see. The Berlin Wall is a must ,Olympian stadium and Reichstag with the vast array of architecture old and new was stunning . A truly , wonderful city full of breathtaking moments and experiences.

    Friendly and helpful people, beautiful buildings with so much history. Safe and easy city to walk. KaDeWe is a must visit. We went on the Hop-On Hop-Off buses for a day and then managed to walk around easily afterwards.

    There is a lot of see in Berlin and the public transit...

    There is a lot of see in Berlin and the public transit system is excellent and easy to figure out. We enjoyed Neues Museum which has an excellent exhibit of Egyptian antiquities. We spent a day on Potsdam, where we toured the Sansoucci Palace. The portrait gallery next to it is worth the time also. The surround parks are so large that renting a bike for touring it would be worth the effort. It would take several days to see all the sites there. We also spent a full day at the zoo and really enjoyed the Spy Museum.

    Berlin is a nice, huge city. With a lot of places to see. The best is the metro system (except lack of air conditioning in the trains) The trains accelerate really fast and can take you everywhere in the urban areas that you want. Don't use cars, use metros to move around in the city. The city has nice places to experinece, such as the TV tower, Brandenburg TOR, the huge park near Brandenburg TOR, Alexander Platz, old town etc. The metro lines can take you to all these places. We really miss the cleaning of the city. The city can be dirty at some places.

    Delightful spacious classic building which feels completely different to most modern cramped, soulless hotels. Rooms were comfortable, breakfast wholesome, location right beside Berlin Story Bunker museum and Anhalter Station. Far enough from city centre to feel too busy but close enough to commute around with ease. Neighbourhood felt safe and there were some decent restaurants nearby. Flexible payment with card or cash which was a relief. If I was returning to Berlin I would stay here again.

    location is great. Mitte is close enough to city centre to walk to the main sights but it’s also a great neighbourhood in its own right and had loads of lovely bars and restaurants. only ten minute walk from closest s-Bahn station on the S9 from the airport - meant we didn’t have to schlep all the way into Hauptbahnof Staff were all great very helpful and friendly. Hotel was very clean and modern and the hotel bar was great to chill in after long days out and about.

    One of the nicest places we have stayed. Great location, very close to ubahn and sbahn and walkable into city centre. We did all three options. The staff were lovely and the stand out was the garden. So nice being able to come back after a day exploring and sit in an oasis of calm. And we were so pleased that Maxi-cat (hotel cat) came to see us a few times. He is a lovely boy. Will 100% stay again next time in Berlin.
