It was beautifully decorated for Christmas, clean and spacious. Both dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming. I’m sad we didn’t have more time to explore the hotel and make use of the facilities!

The front desk staff was attentive and considerate, especially the restaurant staff who enthusiastically provided us with ice cubes, which touched us. It is a warm and comfortable hotel.     This was a very easy hotel to stay in. The room was reasonably comfortable with a bath and shower. The bed wasn't great, it has a 1 inch gap down th middle. My shower disn't work properly, although this was fixed. It had a nice balcony. The Restraurant was nice, easy to get a table. There is a supermarket on the way into the hotel. Berlin is about 30 mins drive away.

    Excellent hotel, great location. Breakfast was fantastic. Evening meal was brilliant best burger I’ve had. Had a problem with Aircon in room didn’t work. The staff on reception moved us straight away and even upgraded us for the inconvenient. Can’t fault it enough would definitely recommend.
