car theme was consistent throughout the whole building with a range of old and new cars to see, especially at the museum next door. The themed room was really cool and clean not to mention spacious and comfortable too!

It was clearly an historical home converted into an hotel! The property was clean, well presented and so close to the city centre! If it wasn’t for the wind I would have probably been able to reach the centre in 15 minutes!

Great experience and very good value for money. Super nice and friendly stuff. Would recommend! Constructive feedback: - Toilet had flushing problem but it was cleaned daily - Fitness was small (low roof too) and very basic but did the job for one training - Food was good but not much variety. It is good for 3 nights, though.

Clean, comfortable, helpful and friendly staff. Loved that there’s a kitchen that guests can use to prepare food and drinks. Fabulous buffet breakfast. We had a family room which had a separate toilet as well as a toilet in the shower room. Location was great, shop a couple of minute walk away and the train line into the city is only a 10 minute walk.

    We only stayed overnight on this trip, but Cologne was very busy with crowds everywhere. A lot of stag and hen do's. We have stayed in Cologne before for the Christmas markets, The first time was wonderful, magical even. We went back some years later and it was horrendous. So crowded, you couldn't move for people and were being constantly pushed. Cologne at Christmas has become a victim of its own success. Having said that Cologne is a wonderful city with plenty to see and do. I would think that probably the best time to visit would be Spring or Autumn.

    I was disappointed by the impressive Cathedral (in terms of high towers) but which lacks of harmony and is black from pollution. I appreciated the Wallraf-Richartz Museum and a guided tour of the Gestapo HQ in Koln. Walking in Altstadt and Neumarkt was fine as it was to cross the Rhine river through a bridge of a multitude of lockers. I advice too the Kolsch beer. Hopperina

    The town is easy to navigate.

    The town is easy to navigate. There are a lot of good restaurants around and the shopping area, though not as wide, hosts a good number of store varieties. If you are for arts and romanique structures, Köln is a nice place to visit

    Not a sightseeing trip. But plenty to see and do. A zoo too. Try going to Rahm or Koningforst at the end of tram line9. Can walk between both. Nice pubs a restaurants out of town, where locals go. Also Koningforst cafe does amazing cakes. Locals are friendly too.

    Not as interesting as I’d hoped.

    Not as interesting as I’d hoped. Apart from the cathedral buildings quite boring and not much vibe. Only there overnight so not much chance to fully assess. Went on river trip which was not very interesting, not much to see and sound commentary poor with little information of interest.

    The location at first was a bit far, but when we woke up to the chirping birds and nice weather, we realized this was the best place we stayed in Europe so far. The nature around us was the best part, there is a river at the back of the hotel and a park where we could jog. The hotel was indeed a 4-star hotel that is on par with the ones we stayed in Dubai. The place was very relaxing and gave us the rest period in our weary but fun travel plans in Germany.

    Friendly staff and a nice room. Two main plus are the intercontinental breakfast and free parking on site which is something not easy to find in Cologne city centre. Location is also in the middle of a golf club, with a lot of green around. A car is highly recommended as it is approximately 15-20minutes driving to reach Cologne center. Uber/ taxi is also an option available but depending on the length of your stay a car might the best option.
