    We liked the room, it was very nice. We slept very good in the bed, the bathroom was clean, all was there what was needed. The location is directly in the centre of Detmold. The instructions how to arrive after 15.00 was very clear, the staff friendly in explaining how to enter the hotel when the reception was closed.

    Beautifully maintained apartment on the edge of the Detmold Altstadt. Superb location in a relatively unknown part of Germany which deserves to be much better known. Suitable for the seasoned traveller or those who are new to Germany. The owner is very helpful and communicative with guests.

    The place is very quiet and close to Detmold. Parking possible, as in a single/detached house neighbourhood. A bedroom with four beds, one double and one children bed with extending underneath rolling-out second sleeper. Living room, Bathroom, Kitchen and Hall, all under gable roof.
