The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is in walking distance. The staff was exceptionally friendly and thoughtful. The building itself does not have a parking spot, but there is a free P+R area just across the river, so guests can leave their car there overnight.

Amazing Hotel, this hotel was recommended by a new friend from Salzburg and to our delight she was spot on with how central the hotel was but more importantly how amazing the staff are. They went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful, even when we forgot to checkout and they simply provided us with the same rooms for another night with absolute no fuss. (Thank you Robert). Wurzburg was an amazing city to explore and Hotel One the best place to stay.

The hotel is very clean and nice, very short walk to the city center. Our room was big enough for a family with kids, with very comfy beds. The view from our hotel room was spectacular. We want to especially thank the girl that works at the reception, she was super nice and super friendly, she helped us tremendously with our issue with Europecar. Beautiful building making guests feel like in a castle or a manor. Huge bathroom, fantastic bed, no noise from the street. Very nice staff, large choice of breakfast food. I was very positively surprised by everything.

    We had a great stay. We stopped over as we driving long distance on the motorway. The hotel is very clean and it’s renovated to a very high standard. Breakfast was very good. The couple who run the hotel were super friendly. We would have loved to have stayed longer. An excellent hotel.

    A hotel in a pleasant location near the river Main - it has its own genius loci. Parking is good here. Nice and friendly staff. Comfortable even for pets. Second floor rooms may be more difficult to access. Breakfast simple but very good.
