A neat, tidy and altogether welcoming city. Most retail outlets lying within walking distance of the hotel itself. Worth seeing. Fulda is the departure point for buses to the WASSERKUPPE, which, if you don't know, is a centre for GLIDING & PARAGLIDING in Germany. The WASSERKUPPE is really worth seeing and visiting. The room we booked was for 2 adults and 2 children.
The room we booked was for 2 adults and 2 children. We did find that the sofa bed was small for both children. The car parking is fantastic, it was secured by gates and could only be accessed by guests of the hotel. Breakfast was great, had a lot of choices. So much too see in fulda! The barock buildings are amazing. Also great for shopping...little boutiques! Many restaurants for every taste...and the ice cream parlours...fantastic! The surroundings of fulda are also worth to visit: wasserkuppe, vogelsberg, kreuzberg, schloss fasanerie ...many walking possibilities! Theatre, live concerts!!! Fulda is a lovely city with a nice mix of Old Town and beautiful buildings along with newer shopping areas. There are plenty of good bars and restaurants ranging from modern to traditional old meaning people will find the right place for them.
