I had a very late evening check-in and last minute booking due to train delays and Hotel was very accommodating with providing access. Lovely location and room was very welcoming. Wished I could have stayed longer.

Had a problem with my key card, staff were very helpful and had it sorted very quickly, room was spacious snd clean. The hotel was located on an industrial estate so it was very quiet at night.
