· I didn't like the service provided.
· I didn't like the service provided. This was one of the worst customer services I've received since using booking.com. It stated the night of check in. On arrival I had to contact the host in order to get instructions on how to get into the apartment. I tried calling but only got voice mail recording and never got an answer back. I messaged them through the booking app and after several messages they first wrote to back saying that instructions should've been given to me in the check in instructions which I never received. So instead of sending me the check-in instructions they sent me the access code. It was embarrassing because I ended up waking the neighbor probably scared them to death because I was trying to get into her apartment. Then I had to ask for the WiFi password because there isn't a guest book with any of the information needed to know about the apartment. I didn't not know that there wasn't a reception on site. I just saw that the check in hours was from 1500-0000 so I assumed someone would be present on arrival. I was never informed that this was a self-check in location. I didn't get internet access until Saturday evening when after my second message asking them for the password finally got answered. I had to request several times for an invoice before it was finally sent. Since this was a business there is a short deadline to get trip vouchers quickly as possible for compensation. I feel i should get some compensation from the inconvenience rendered us. This apartment is right on the street side and traffic is a constant all through the night so it's not a quiet apartment.Guest review byCrisUnited States
