    We were turned away by the hotel as were not vaccinated.

    We were turned away by the hotel as were not vaccinated. The receptionists said we should have looked up Google to find out if we could stay in that region of Germany.. I do believe that booking.com should have informed us. We had been driving for many hours from the Netherlands, I am 80 years old so was exhausted. Also the hotel should have told us before arrival. We carried on to Switzerland as the only option where we found a decent hotel. I am shocked to see that have since been charged the full amount by this hotel.

    Really nice, cozy and fully equipped apartment. We booked 3 nights to visit Europa Park and Rulantica and the location is really convenient, for going there by car or public transport avoiding excessive prices from park hotels. Also the people at the reception were really friendly and helpful. If we went back to visit the region we would repeat for sure!

    The kitchen is very well equipped, there is a washing machine, so it is very convenient for a long stay. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is lovely, there is a parking space near the hotel, there is a supermarket and on Fridays in front of the hotel there is a very nice farmers market.

    Hotel location was great - 10 minute drive from Park Europa. Beds were comfortable, and breakfast had a wide selection of options. The room had a good AC, which was really essential when we were there.
