A good hotel near highway, but you don't hear it at all. With very nice swimming pool and sauna to relax. Pool and sauna are open until 22, that is big plus. Very good morning breakfast and service. Parking is near the hotel. So we will stay here next time for sure.

    Idstein is a lovely friendly little town with a medieval centre dating back to th 13th and 14th centuries. Locals are friendly and helpful. Good restaurants and cafes in the centre of the old town. Just 30 minutes by taxi from Frankfurt main airport.

    I've given slightly above average scores as the place looked lovely from the outside. I arrived at 9pm, after an 11hr drive from the UK to find that the reception closes for check-in at 4pm on a Sunday. I re-read booking.com order confirmation and right at the bottom it does note this. It should be at the top for a 1 night Sunday booking. I slept in the van in the car park for £110. Not the hotel's fault! I normally have to check in after 3, this caught me out. Be aware!!
