Very friendly service, beautiful area, modern and spacious rooms, we were really comfortable. Big complements to the staff for being so nice and accommodating! Option to buy wine from the local winery and to do a wine tasting. Breakfast selection was fresh and delicious! A very nice spot to spend time and do walks in the vineyards.

Superb and generous breakfast with many coffee machines. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Terrific shower. Very good air conditioning. Comfortable bedding. Quiet, if smallish room. Large windows and lots of light. Close to centrum without the hub bub.

What a find. Ignore the bad reviews, this is a lovely hotel, new, clean, modern, great rooms, shower etc, and lovely staff. The breakfast was very nice also. NOTE: if you have a car, easier to pay the ten Euros to reception and use the car park across the road. Otherwise you have to drive around looking for a free space on the street (there were none when I was there).

The staff are the most important part of any organisation and the niu Mood Mainz has really great staff. The girls on reception, the young guy bar tending simply wonderful. Helpful and friendly.

This was one of the best hotels I ever stayed in in Germany. The rooms are great, the interior is wonderful, the breakfasts were delicious. There was sooo much to chose from in the morning! The sauna is perfect, too!

    Very nice location with a beautiful view overlooking an apple orchard toward Frankfurt. It was very clean and modern looking. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was provided and very good. It was very close to the town of Mainz.
