Needs a drive to get into Wurzburg, but the hotel is just a walk across the river (on a newly opened pedestrian bridge) to Vietshockheim, a very nice little village with several restaurants & shops/galleries. It’s situated a little out of Würzburg but the bus stop in to the centre is only a short walk away and at €2.90 per trip was good value. Our room was excellent and came with aircon.
