Large clean room, modern bathroom. Good wifi, pleasant staff and a decent, reasonably priced breakfast. Undercover parking for the motorcycle at the rear of the hotel, no charge. Great location, just a 15-minute walk into the center of town past the old town wall and buildings dating from the early 1700's. The town center has numerous good restaurants to choose from. Wittstock was a lucky find for a stopover.

Stunning location by the Nebel See & Wald. My room looked over the lake with a foldable window/balcony! Private beach, good private parking, a sauna, rowing boats & bikes available for forest rides. Outstanding restaurant with seats inside and out on the terrace (where you can smoke). Top class food for a very reasonable price < €26. Breakfast had a huge selection with fresh bread, fruit & vegetables. Very friendly staff with good language skills & local knowledge. The nearest villages don't have any shops but are beautiful, as is the lake and forest.
