The room and bathroom were large, it also had a large balcony with table and chairs. The meals were excellent and of good value. The breakfast which was included had a large select of breads, ham, cheese, boiled and scrambled eggs, cakes, fruit, etc etc

Kitchen is brilliant! Chief is gorgeous! I adore breakfasts in this hotel, but this time as a starter - shrimps with sause were not prepared. In the room comfortable bed and nice linen. Good condition of WC & shower.

Very friendly, comfortable, clean, uncomplicated. Ample parking space if needed, about 10 minutes walk from the local train station. Located at the edge of a little wine farmer village with great opportunities for nature walks.

Fantastic location as it was close to the office and the centre, so getting around just by short walks was very enjoyable. The hotel itself is a very high standard and decorated very well, as the name suggests. The staff were incredible, extremely patient, courteous and helpful, and they could not have made our stay more pleasant. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower was perfect. Note that wifi was also good and included in the room rate... 😊 I am looking forward to many more stays here in the future, when visiting our office in Emmendingen. Normally I would stay in Freiburg but this hotel is a real game changer.

    Great room everything is new and floating bed. Second floor with no lift gave us free training up the stairs! No air condition but expected. Not direct off autobahn but worth the 3 km travel. Great value, free parking direct by the hotel. Great breakfast. Had soup and beer in the evening and service was as expected

    Lovely quaint village. Traditional, well kept hotel with great facilities. Clean, good sized rooms. Everything was well tended. Helpful staff. We thought it was ideal for us on our journey south. We'd stay here again without any hesitation.
