Lovely locations and warm relaxing hotel with beautiful views. Dinner and breakfast were great. Drinks by the fireplace also a nice touch. Wanted to stay longer however they were fully booked which is understandable.

Great location in a peaceful neighbourhood but at a walking distance from Altstadt and the big public trabsport network from Birmarkplatz. Everything is just perfect: cozy beds and bedlinen, great shower, some of the rooms with views. Helpful reception people.

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Everything is perfect here. It is indeed the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in Germany. It's service is superb and beyond words, from valet parking, to reception, to luggage carrying to the room. They made you feel being treated like they really care about you. It's a great hotel you must stay when you visit Heidelberg.

More than satisfied from the whole hosting experience. Brand new hotel, spacious and fully inclusive studio rooms and extremely clean. Best location, literally next to the train station and the local transport. Everyhting is designed with detail, nothing can make you worry about any of its amenities. I would choose it again and again. Plus, really welcoming are the espresso capsules for the coffee machine in the room. 24/7 reception.

    The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was very nice. It's very large with an outside area. Parking was available next to the annexe where I was in. The Greek restaurant next door was very good, try the lamb, beautiful. The Hotel was also very, very dog friendly, so much so I thought the lady on reception would steal my little puppy.
