The hotel is only 7 minutes drive by bus from the airport. I enjoyed that ground floor area is full of activities for kids like puzzles, toys, brain games etc. - perfect for spending time without the need to watch TV etc. Hotel rooms was clean, staff friendly.

This is a gorgeous, modern hotel. Just a short ride away from the airport. The shuttle bus is every 30 minutes and distance is only 5 minutes. Excellent staff, very helpful. Was always there to help. Rooms are were beautiful and stylish. Kitchen is fully equipped. There is a welcome gift waiting for you which is so thoughtful! Tasty breakfast waiting in the fridge! Kiosk is well stocked. Prices are reasonable. Very tasty coffee (different styles) is for free. Simply - you can't be disappointed!!!

I had not the best day before but when i came to hotel my mood changed.The Hotel definitely not new, but extremely clean .The bed is comfortable what else you need.It was short stay.But really separate thank for this atmosphere and feeling like you come to you mothers home.The Housekeeping doing their work very very good.

The beds were so comfortable and the rooms very spacious!! Such easy check-in and check-out. Parking costs 10 euro, but it is safe on the roof and there is a fee 15 euro for a dog. Very new furniture and everything feels very safe and comfortable.

    Great reception, food closed but suggested lovely italian 500 metres nearby. Very helpful with bus directins and leaflet for next day and breakfast was great. Would have like tea and coffee in room but was ok. Great they had snacks and drink machines for when reception closed

    Car parking very limited, and fee charged to use hotel car park, 14 euros a night, despite being a guest. They are very hot on fining for parking if you exceed the time restrictions on adjacent streets if you don’t use hotel car park.

    We were surprised by how nice the hotel was!

    We were surprised by how nice the hotel was! The room was so spacious and well decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning was very cold! :) There was water and a Nespresso machine in the room. The bathroom was huge, and the shower was great. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and it was very good too. I definitely recommend this hotel!

    The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, it is close to the airport and there is a shuttle bus for journey's to and from the airport. Can't comment on the breakfast as we left very early in the morning. '

    Hmmm, what a question, a review of Schönefeld airport...

    Hmmm, what a question, a review of Schönefeld airport pictured in the sign? I once almost booked a hotel in the city of Schönefeld but discovered I would have been nowhere near the airport or downtown Berlin. Oops. The BER airport actually has very little to do with the cities of Schönefeld or Berlin - it's isolated out in the middle of nowhere. It took forever to build and is a 45 minute trip from Berlin, minimum. Best to take a direct FEX train. That said, the city of Schönefeld looks gemütlich, classic Deutsch and BER airport is well designed, modern, with efficient staff.

    Hotel cleanliness and staff service were all good. Except there were no clear sign from airport to the hotel. For 1st timer at the Berlin Airport was challenging to locate. There is also no covered walkway from T1 to the hotel. We have the braved the cold and rain.

    Modern, clean, comfortable, beautifully kept hotel within literally a 2 minute walk of terminal 1/2. Welcoming staff. Good sized rooms for an airport hotel. Great shower. Comfy beds. 35 minutes from central Berlin by train. For a late arrival/early departure from Berlin it’s perfect. We didn’t eat at the hotel. If you’ve bought a Welcome Pass for Zone A/B, just buy a single extension ticket to get to the airport in Zone C.

    A good option for an affordable stay in Berlin. The city was packed due to the annual marathon, so I took this hotel, next to the airport. The access was good, with busses to the airport every 15-30 minutes, for a 5 minutes ride, and a quick train to the city from there. The room was very new and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the toilets comfortable.
