Everything was as you would expect from an upmarket hotel. The rooms were spacious and very clean and the staff did everything they could do to make our stay as pleasant as possible. The breakfast was exceptional and there was everything you copuld want from a round of toast to a completely fresh and tasty full English breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble for the breakfast staff and they did everything with a smile on their face.

Breakfast was a dream, very well presented with a wide selection. Good coffee and tea. Seating is also outside in an inner courtyard. The bedrooms thoughtfully appointed, mattress very comfortable. Our ebikes were easily and securely stored.

Lovely hosts, beautiful hotel, delicious breakfast - and in one of the most charming villages in Germany. The hosts were exceptionally helpful and considerate of us (travelling for the first time with a small baby), for example by arranging the perfect dinner reservation. We had a wonderful time. It goes without saying that the Hästens beds are amazing - well worth the investment!

    We used this hotel for a stopover on our way back from Austria to The Netherlands. This hotel was perfect for this purpose, clean, traditional German guesthouse close to the autobahn, great restaurant with amazing food. Great atmosphere everything super well maintained in a style of beginning of last century for the guest house, restaurant and grocery store. I loved this last bit personally.

    We booked this hotel as an overnight stay during a long car journey and it was easy to find just a couple of miles off the motorway. They sent pictures of the entrance and key code for our room before we arrived and we were able to get in easily. everything was clean and comfortable and just what we needed after a long day on the road. A lovely supermarket just a 5 min drive away too.
