Great breakfast. The staff were super accommodating and even offered gluten free bread, and asked if we wanted fresh fried eggs. The location is peaceful and near to a bus stop, with lots of nice walking trails in the vineyards around.

The owner was very friendly, we received really warm welcome and as a bonus, we were told to check out late if we needed to sleep in free of charge, which we did after a week on the road. Very friendly service, beautiful area, modern and spacious rooms, we were really comfortable. Big complements to the staff for being so nice and accommodating! Option to buy wine from the local winery and to do a wine tasting. Breakfast selection was fresh and delicious! A very nice spot to spend time and do walks in the vineyards.

    Lovely German Wine region village.

    Lovely German Wine region village. Not the standard tourist stop. Just Winemakers making wine. If you are looking for lots of rolling hills to walk and Weinguts to explore with some great local restaurants to boot. Look no further. It is not exciting, but it is relaxing. I used to rent from one of the vineyard owners. There is a fantastic little Gelateria near the Northern edge of town. Right next to Gino's. Don't forget to visit the local Kebap stand either! Open late for those oopsies when you forgot they roll up most of the town pretty early!

    Room was very cosy and comfortable. I had a very relaxing stay at Das Hofchen Stadecken. Breakfast was beautiful and Carla was very kind to drive me one morning when I was unable to get a taxi! This was incredibly kind and not something that other hotel providers would have done! Very grateful to Carla and staff for making my time so relaxed and enjoyable. Will hopefully return someday soon!
