    Excellent small town with a lot of shopping available, bank, and good petrol prices. Great Geocaching in the area including a power trail. A lot of biking and hiking trails in the area. Close to motor route.

    Once you find your way around the hotel (it’s a real rabbit warren) you’ll find everything you need. The bike storage room was fantastic with good security and charging points for e-bikes. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large and comfortable. But the highlight of our stay was the seasonal menu in the dining room (asparagus and wild garlic were in season) and the local honey and bread at breakfast. The dining room menu lists the local suppliers and we loved this idea.

    Amazing one night stay. The restaurant of the hotel is absolutely top (great season menu and all, great level while we would have been happy with a good pub). The rooms are very clean and modern ! Breakfast is great with fresh local products and excellent quality and wide choice.

    Great choice and quality, lovely space, friendly and helpful staff. It was obvious that the staff are well trained, the relationship between management and staff is caring and trusting which makes for a very pleasant atmosphere. This is a real strength of this family-run hotel.

    Hotel in a quiet town between Hamburg and Bremen. Triple room with baby cot, took into account all the wishes (requested extra linen for children, boiling water). Russian language as a surprise, excellent breakfast. Free parking

    Location, spacious room, very clean room and bathroom, friendly and helpful staff even coming to wish us a good ride on departure, very well maintained hotel with a secure bike shed. Breakfast was ok.
