I really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the beds are not too hard (at last a hotel where it doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on a park bench!) and the family room vibe of the lobby is real. I used the desk area and printer and it worked great. We spent 4 nights total and I'd gladly go back. Copenhagen is a great city!

The room I stayed in - 410 - was very cozy and comfortable. The shower was fantastic, the room was extremely clean, the staff was very nice and the hotel overall has a very friendly vibe. Location is great! We had the Coenhagen Hop Card so the S Train 1 block away got us into the heart of Copenhagen in 25 minutes. Parking was free, there is a shared kitchenette available, super quiet sleeping with open windows, and 24 hour assorted coffee machine. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

    What a mixed experience! The hotel and rooms seem super nice in the pictures and real life. Marble bathrooms with even mirror frames in marble (or something that looked like it). Nice colorful carpets, super comfy beds... Really, really nice rooms. And the quality throughout the hotel was also super nice. The breakfast was also quite good in a nicely decorated, should I even say, posh restaurant. However...

    Very nice and clean rooms, great breakfast. The staff were very friendly, especially Louise who was very helpful and did the impossible to solve problems. The hotel is also very bike friendly, we were allowed to store the bike in the garage or even take it to the room for charging.
