    Upon arrival, the access card to the apartment was not yet...

    Upon arrival, the access card to the apartment was not yet ready. However, all the documents required by the owner to obtain it had been sent to him 10 days beforehand, as requested by the owner. I had to wait at least two hours to complete the check-in process and obtain the access card and the apartment key, given the large number of vacationers waiting… Furthermore, to access the beach, you have to take the elevator and the pedestrian bridge, and finally reach the beach, which is located along the main road, with the noise of heavy trucks and cars… Furthermore, it was impossible to get sun loungers, or even simple chairs. On the day of departure, the staff of "Porto Sokhna" came to the door several times, starting at 11:00 a.m., to remind me that departure from the apartment must be done by noon exactly, otherwise late fees would be payable!

    The places at El Galala are very clean and wonderful.

    The places at El Galala are very clean and wonderful. Swimming pools and lagoons are really nice but the road is too dangerous to drive especially at night and there are no enough facilities for the road. The beaches are ok but water (Sea) is always not clean because of the ships throwing their waste in the water which makes it full of oil and not clean to swim in.

    If you're renting in Ain Sokhna, expect to cook your own...

    If you're renting in Ain Sokhna, expect to cook your own meals or order from nearby restaurants — most places don’t offer full board or all-inclusive packages like in Hurghada or Sharm El-Sheikh, usually just B&B or half board at most. While the weather is pleasant, the beach experience falls short: it’s poorly maintained, unsafe for swimming due to sharp rocks and reefs, and lacks the comfort and cleanliness found in other Red Sea destinations.

    Warm and helpful welcome at reception from Rania Atef. Friendly and amazing guest relation from Tarneem Mahmoud, she is the best skilful and professional person for the benefit of our stay. Excellent food quality at breakfast and dinner. I recommend this hotel for everyone.

    Great time there, however very little to do, as newly weds...

    Great time there, however very little to do, as newly weds was OK to stay short time. Could do with more activities. The stairs from the rooms have no anti slip while caused me to badly injure my knee so be very careful coming from the room Outwise the food was amazing staff where amazing and cleanliness was on point

    Ain Sokhna is an excellent sea side recreation place only...

    Ain Sokhna is an excellent sea side recreation place only one hour drive from Cairo with excellent high way. The sea is wonderful blue clean water safe for swimming but some beaches are rocky. Lots of water sports are available including diving and fishing boat trips, parasailing and jet ski. Lots of restaurants. All resorts offer day and night entertainment shows. Mountain and sea views are superb.

    Great hotel, the rooms are very spacious and well-equipped, spectacular location and an amazing view at the sea. Free transport to the cable car which we really appreciated and also free shuttle to their own private beach. Staff go above and beyond to help you all the times. A very good resort with everything what you need (spa for men and women, gym, heated pools, spacious restaurants with good food and amazing personal). Thank you Tolip Resort El Galala Heights for having us as guests.

    Very nice hotel, a relaxation spot just 120 km from Cairo..perfect for a short holiday. The sea is very nice, the sand is soft, just few meters walk. Water sports possibility on the spot. Food is good, great variety. Great spa.

    Staff tried to accomodate our requests as much as they can to make sure that our stay is comfy beach at grand hotel was nice and large and Golf carts were there for transportation.
