We had an amazing experience at this beach hotel. The food eas absolotely fantastic - incredibly varied, fresh and delicious every single day. Whether you are into local specialitues or internațional cuisine, there is something for everyone. The staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. Theis attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more enjoyable. I'll definitely come back.

We had a wonderful week at Jaz Asteria! The service was excellent, the food very good, and the staff incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, well organized, and made us feel welcome every day. Good size room and and comfortable beds. Special thanks to Mahmoud bellman, Mostapha at Rocky bar, Abd Eldaym housekeeping, Osama and Ahmed lifeguard at the snorkelling spot and Ahmed lifeguard at the swimming pool near our room were extremely professional 10/10 in customer service. Aqua park at sister hotel is a bonus especially if traveling with kids and the lifeguard team maintain a professional and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe environment. Favourite place was the snorkelling spot.

My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The property is new, clean, and well-organized, with excellent service. I would especially like to thank Madam Christina, who is truly the right person in the right place. She is a wonderful and professional person who not only solved a problem we faced but also made our stay extremely comfortable. She consistently cared about us, paid attention to every detail, and stayed in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. Her presence, warm smile, and refined manners left a very positive impression and truly elevated our experience at the hotel.     Hurghada is a very busy place and popular with all nationalities. I was diving every day so 8 hours a day at sea. I didn't use the shopping centre this time but have done so in the past and it was great. It used to be that you would get harassed continually by traders but not so much these days they really have backed off. I know my daughters found that intimidating when they were younger but today its fine.

    The is best fun of my holiday, I get to do this adventure solo which was great and the instructor was very patient and nice , I am a physical disable person and the help and support I got from this group in other to make me enjoy the scuba diving experience was phenomena. The free food and drink was amazing...I highly recommend this guys for beginners diver with zero experience trust me you will enjoy the underwater world.

    It was a great experience, we really enjoyed the resort.

    It was a great experience, we really enjoyed the resort. We went on tours to Hula Hula Beach, did snorkeling and scuba diving, rented a yacht for a day, and also went quad biking in the desert at sunset. It was a lot of fun.

    Iv'e spent many nights in Lemera Hotel and the best thing about Lamera Hotel is Karmen. She is absolutely gorgeous. The most gorgeous sight in Hurghada in my opinion. Karmen and the rest of the staff are good English speakers and are glad to help you out whenever you want some information or need assistance. Most afternoons, the staff brings some snacks to your room around 3 pm. While I was there they were bringing jello and fruit by the rooms. This is a nice touch, especially when Karmen is the one knocking on your door.

    To be honest the facility is much better than the other hotels in hurghada, it was very nice and the most important is the quality of the food and the taste ♥️ and of course it's very good option for a family with kids . Many thanks to mr Mohamed said from front office attentive and respectful. And Abdullah from sunflower restaurant is very polite and helpful he was the best 🌸 also the same restaurant many thanks to mr hossam and the hostess ( Ashrakt 💗) if I'm not mistaken.

    Clean, nice rooms, great reef, good food, bottled drinks in the resort and in the minibar in the room. After 4 nights we moved to a 5 star hotel nearby for aquapark for our kids. For almost the same price it was much much better our stay at Fort Arabesque, it is by far my favourite place in Hurghada. And the gardens are the most beautiful, well kept and great to have a walk in the evening.
