What an incredible experience!! I have been to Jaz Elite Asteria last week and we are amazed and positively surprised about the level of service while the hotel is still in the soft opening, so what does that mean for the future?! It started at the front with the contact with Hussam to coordinate in which room we would like to stay. Upon arrival we were immediately offered a cold towel and fresh juice so we felt welcome right away. After a short introduction we also got to know Mrs. Messaouda and that was a pleasure, because she was able to do a lot for us, including discussing the a la carte restaurants. Sometimes it is the little things that matter, so an ice cream by the pool or a cloth for cleaning, everything was possible! I can be brief about the food: both the buffet (morning, afternoon and evening) and the 5 a la carte restaurants are incredible in terms of possibilities, taste and variety!! We were so pleased with our wonderful week that I immediately spoke to Mrs. Messaouda about the possibilities of coming back with my family, so I would definitely recommend going to this hotel!!

The room was exactly as in the pictures, spacious and very clean. Walking from terase to the pool and straight to the lagune beach was perfect. Staff was very friendly and service fast and impeccable. Food was delicious and even though we only had breakfast included in the room rate we did not feel this as a downside (good variety to choose from).

We LOVED the heated pool. It really made the whole experience so much better when we could get in the pool and feel comfortable. The drinks and snacks by the pool were fantastic. Our favorite meals were at Food Hall. The variety and presentation was perfect. Our favorite vibe was in Kief and the drinks there were really good. The sushi was ok, but we are picky with our sushi. We also really enjoyed Sokkar, but the food wasn't our favorite. We did love the bread, though! The whole resort felt very clean, we appreciated how kind everyone was without feeling like they were just trying to get tips. The kids club was also good for our kids, who enjoyed the pottery class the most.

Everything was perfect it felt like a beautiful dream. Rooms were super clean, the pool and beach were spotless and relaxing. The food was absolutely delicious and different every day! The staff was more than friendly we absolutely enjoyed our short but wonderful stay at sentido. We didn’t want to leave but we will definitely be back!! We couldn’t believe the level of hospitality we experienced. At no point did we ever feel uncomfortable the staff made sure every little wish of ours was fulfilled with Bravour! The food at the buffet was also super diverse and tasty they had a lot of different cuisines and also lots of vegan options too. It was very clean at all times the decor was also beautiful and very thought through. It was a very boutique hotel like experience! A big Thank you to the whole sentido team for making our stay unforgettable!!!

    Hurghada is a beautiful city with plenty of activities and attractions to enjoy. It offers a wide range of resorts to suit every traveler’s needs. I highly recommend staying at Jaz Hotels or Titanic Royal — both provide excellent service and memorable experiences. However, I strongly advise avoiding Titanic Resort & Aqua Park. Unfortunately, the service there was well below expectations.

    We only left the hotel to go running or to the local mall. Having ran in many countries across the world it was to be expected, poor paths, busy roads and wild dogs. The local mall, about two miles in taxi, was very useful and easy to access.

    We only used Hurgada as a place to pick up our dive boat from otherwise I don't think I would recommend Egypt to anyone for a holiday except for the scuba diving which is generally pretty good. The heat between June and September now is ridiculous!
