Linda new and very well maintained guesthouse house would be easily awarded 4 stars hotel in western Europe. She and her husband are friendly and happy to help planning your trips while in Luxor. 30 min easy walk to temple of Hatshepsut and 5 to Carter's house, spotlessly clean - rarity in Egypt, memorable view from balcony towards balloons launchpad in the morning, interesting friendly conversations are just few of big pluses. I rarely score 10/10, but Carter Guesthouse does deserve it.

Nardine was a very nice guest relation officer She arranged complimentary cake and juice for my birthday when she came to know about my birthday in hotel Sayed was the restaurant staff who served cake to me and he arranged a special table for us. From the airport pick up to the airport drop off everything was perfect. I had a warm welcome at Steigenberger Nile Palace Hotel. Thanks to the hotel staff, the atmosphere in the hotel is incredible, which made my holiday and my stay very special. I was amazed by the hospitality and kindness of the hotel staff. The employees are very professional, everyone was so friendly and helpful and they made me feel very comfortable and safe. Furthermore, the restaurants/bars in the hotel and the food (breakfast and dinner) were amazingly delicious. My hotel room was very spacious, clean and comfortable and had the perfect view on the Nile, which was stunning. Also, the travel agency of the hotel, Nasco, was very helpful in booking my tours (and I had the best tour guide with so much knowledge and interesting things to tell!!). All in all, I had the best stay, thanks to the Steigenberger Nile Palace Team and everything they offered. I would book the hotel again and I recommend you doing so as well. Thank you Steigenberger Nile Palace Team for making my stay so special and for putting in all the effort! I really appreciate it!

It was a really great experience. The accommodation was exceptional! From the moment of greeting to the final farewell, everything was great. Gaba was a really good host, and helped with everything we needed. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with good views of the surroundings. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they made us feel truly welcome. He makes you feel as a part of the community and we made a good friend! If you encounter problems he is always there to help :) They make a fire in the garden every night and we could spend time with the host, the staff and other guests and share precious times together. The location was also perfect if you are looking for a quiet time to relax with easy access to the best sights in the west bank. Gaba helped us always and organized transportation to the east bank for us. He also organized the travel for us to Aswan and Abu Simbel. We can recommend this accommodation to anyone and will definitely be coming back! This was our first stay in Egypt and it was a welcoming and great experience! Thank you a lot Gaba!

It is a cozy oasis in Luxor! Really love the quiet and elegant atmosphere there. The equipments are not new, but maintained pretty well and have a nostalgic feeling. It located very close to the public ferry port in West bank, you can simply walk even with backpack. Also, the mini superstore outside the alley is very convenient with reasonable price 👍🏽

The hotel is very convenient to visiting Luxor, it is in great location on a quiet street. It is on the West bank of the Nile, very close to the main attractions, but East bank is also accessible easily by the ferry. Our room was very comfortable, staff very friendly and we had amazing food both for breakfast and dinner. I would recommend.
