I loved everything about this place! The rooms are Nubian style houses beautifully decorated, perfectly clean and very comfortable, surrounded by plants and flowers which give this place such a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere. The owner is an amazing person who made me feel at home, and helped me in everyway possible. The possibility on cooking own food or ordering a meal was super convenient and delicious. The breakfast was very good too and plentiful!

The view was amazing but above all the staff went above and beyond. A especial thank you to the staff, once you leave the place you will go home with good memories and as well the friendship from the owner. I can highly recommend this boutique hotel. The Manager and Staff were amazing and so helpful and friendly. I couldn't fault the facilities or location, very close to the Pyramids and GEM. Great place to stay with beautiful rooms and the best breakfast I've ever had. Will definitely come back here. 5 stars all the way.

The staff is outstanding. Starting with Mr. Sami, the hotel manager; He is a decent, helpful and can do anything you need. Mr. Mostafa, the buffet manage; He is a generous man, offering you whatever he can to make your meal delicious and hurty. Kareem, the reception man; has a smile never fades. From the very moment I arrived at the hotel I was treated like royalty. I was given a truly personalised, VIP introduction and welcome to the hotel by the courteous, exceptionally professional staff who simply could not do enough for me. To my delight my suite was was upgraded to a Nile-facing one and the view was utterly jaw-dropping. Every member of staff I encountered, from management, security, front desk, bar staff and particularly Mohammed, the Scores bar manager, were truly wonderful and I was made to feel like the most important customer they had ever had. The breakfast was absolutely superb. I was unexpectedly upgraded to having a breakfast by the wonderful hotel staff (having booked my stay without breakfast). The range of options available was exceptional catering for every permutation of dietary needs and references. I was accommodated in a large dining room with absolutely no fuss and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. One of the best breakfast experiences I have ever had in a hotel. A truly blissful experience, and in my opinion, any othe hotel in Cairo would hard pressed to provide a better service than this hotel provided for me.

Overlooking the majestic Nile River and hosting panoramic views of the great Giza Pyramids, this luxury hotel provides superb business and leisure facilities.

The staff was great (even helped me when my wallet fell from the taxi), the hotel is very confortable and the hotel restaurants provide good meals with great value (which is very handy so you don't have to leave the hotel to eat dinner).
