Beautiful hotel with a great view and the location is great to travel around Alexandria. Oud hotelroom was beautiful and comfortable. Even walking out your hotel into the streets behind the hotel is perfect. Excellent breakfast buffet and very friendly and helpful staff. Christina helped us a lot!

Absolutely stunning property, with very kind and helpful staff. Your greeting is next level and people really seem to cater to help. Great views from the rooftop restaurant, AC in the rooms, walking distance to the corniche and the biblioteca alexandrina. The elevator is a jewel, but the whole thing is an experience worth the cost.

It was an amazing visit in Helnan Antoniades palace hotel. I was here 3 days and I extended one night more. Its very excellent hotel and service was wonderful and the room was very Very Very clean and I really recommend it. .MR Mohamad in the reception was great. He was so kindly and friendly. And the staff members also.

It was an exceptional stay, we loved every detail, from the great building the decorations, and warm welcome. The staff’s genuine friendliness. Very helpful and friendly staff, the room had everything you might need, really comfy bed, super clean. The location is also great. 5min taxi ride from the bus station, 2min walk from a big shopping center, 10min ride from the corniche. Best place I have stayed so far in egypt. And the WiFi is super strong!

We loved the facilities, everything was very clean and all of the staff were very friendly! A special thank you to Merna for checking us in smoothly and upgrading our room to one with a sea view! Also a thank you to the lovely cleaner Ahmed that left our room spotless! The breakfast buffet was so good- so many options!! And finally we visited the Italian restaurant on the premises and were very pleasantly surprised- the food was very delicious and the service was great.

    Not soo much to do outside the hotel but nice to see. Traffic can get a bit too much but wasnt a big issue. Visited Angelina patisserie would was amazinggg and went to the cafes on the beach which was good vibes

    Alexandria is a wonderful city with special lure that joins past and present. Good weather, long variable beaches, a lot of nice comfortable restaurants but avoid those within Qaitbai castle area as they are over priced. People are very nice and cooperative. There is a lot to visit in Alexandria that suits every one taste

    Alexandria is truly a beautiful city with so much charm and history. The weather was amazing—pleasant sea breeze, clear skies, and perfect temperatures for enjoying the beach and sightseeing. I loved the stunning Mediterranean views, the fresh seafood, and the relaxing coastal atmosphere. Walking along the Corniche was unforgettable, especially during sunset. The hospitality of the people made the trip even more special. Everything felt warm and welcoming, and it’s definitely a destination I would recommend for anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, culture, and great food. Can’t wait to visit again!

    Alexandria is a city full of history and character, but it’s definitely an acquired taste—especially during the summer months from July through late September when it becomes extremely crowded. The traffic can be overwhelming and is by far the most frustrating part of the experience. That said, if you must visit, I highly recommend staying in the Montazah area. It offers a unique glimpse into Alexandria’s glorious past with its royal gardens and sea views—truly a nostalgic and serene corner of the city. For those seeking vibrant beach life and modern nightlife, the North Coast (Sahel) is a far better alternative than Alexandria during Summer season (July to September). Alexandria has its charm, but it shines brightest in the quieter, cooler winter months.

    This is one of the best hotels in Alexandria, highly recommend! Before going to Alexandria my colleague from Egypt shared that this is a very good place to stay. Location is perfect, close to many city attractions, enjoyed much evening walkings along Corniche street to Qaitbay Fort. The hotel is very stylish, old style elevators are already worth to stay here, you could enjoy it much. The room was with a view to Midetterenean sea, it was amazing! And try their breakfast, there is a good variety of dishes, it's really tasty.

    A great place when you’re traveling alone and want to meet some people. The Egyptian breakfast was very good and the common area is very cozy. The check in was really easy through a QR-code at the reception and the WiFi was better than in most hotels I stayed in in Egypt. There is a kitchen free to use and drinking water.
