100m from Subway. 2 stations to the turist metro zone. Covered Auto park. Excelent Wi-Fi. Swimming pool. 2 good rooms With large beds and separate bathrooms. Close to restaurants supermarket etc. Very silent and quiet at nights. All commodities in kitchen except for dishwasher. Living room sofa can work as extra bed. Very clean. Host is very nice. Perfect to visit madrid like if you were at home.

Our host Isidoro and his nephew are absolutely wonderful to give us a warm welcome and accomodated our request for earliee check in. The apartment is exactly as shown in the picture and is extremely well maintained and very very clean. Location is fantastic-only steps away from metro and can accommodate parking at the underground garage. It is very helpful to have the flexibility to travel to Madrid city centre either by driving/taking the metro. I am especially thankful to our host being able to keep our jamon for a couple of days for our pick up at a later date after we accidentally left them in the fridge upon check-out. This is a great place to stay when visiting Madrid.

    Terrible experience as we could not get a drink of anything or anything to eat This is supposed to be a Hotel ! Even the coffee machine in the reception was broken, no shops nearby open it was a joke afer we had paid around 100 euros for our room

    The reception was excellent, the room was large and comfortable, the wet room was a good size but the tiles were starting to show signs of mould on the grouting and edging, the pub/restaurant was very unwelcoming, the whole wing starting to look very tired

    We Only stayed for one night on our way home so we didn’t have time to visit the town, it’s very near the Motorway so very easy to find and also a petrol station near the hotel with prices much cheaper than the motorway. We had lovely tapas in the snack bar attached to the hotel, around the corner is a bar/restaurant but they stopped serving at 4pm the day we arrived and down the road there is a McDonalds and Burger King.

    I requested a room near the lifts as I was travelling with a small dog but did not get this room. I have stayed in your hotel before and have been given a room near the lifts. I was told that the room I was given was a dog friendly room & it could not be changed to a room near the lifts which I found unacceptable as I was given one before.

    This is a very clean and comfortable hotel. the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, The availability of free coffee was a bonus and makes up for not having that facility in your own room - a room that was a very good size especially when travelling with 2 dogs, The breakfast buffet looked good but we didn't eat,

    Hotel was very nice - all individual bungalows and a very nice surrounding. We were attending a wedding at the place and that’s why we have stayed there for a night. Swimming pool was nice but only had limited hours 12-15 and 16-20

    The hotel is located in the suburb of Madrid, really nice, clean place with very friendly and helpful personnel. Easily accessible by car or public transport. Plenty of supermarkets in the area.
