Very friendly & helpful staff. We had standard room with large double on the second floor. Our room had nice view to port and sea. The hotel has a rooftop pool on the 14th floor. TOP!! Unfortunately, I did not have breakfast ordered, so I cannot rate it. We would love to come back in the future.

The apartment is best suited for groups. It has a big hall and a balcony for spending good time. The balcony gives an excellent view of the sea especially during sunrise. You can get uber to go to Barcelona anytime. The location was perfect for a leisurely vacation.

As someone who sleeps often at hotels, you wont find such comfortable beds or pillows in many places. As someone with neck problems, a detail which is often overlooked. The host is friendly and very helpful if you drop him questions. Privacy you have as well, so, hard to complain. You get what you read from their description. The area is fine for people who want to be out of the center.

Christina was so welcoming, beautiful views, and an amazing suite, so clean. I would definitely stay here again. Close to the metro, to travel all around the city, Underground 24hour parking not far from here.. Loved my stay!

    BADALONA HAS SOME LOVELY SHOPS AND RESAURANTS.

    BADALONA HAS SOME LOVELY SHOPS AND RESAURANTS. IT HAS A LOVELY BEACH. PARTS OF THE TOWN DIDNT FEEL PARTICUARLY KEEN ON HAVING TOURISTS. IT WAS CLEARLY A RESIDENTIAL AREA BUT VERY FAMILY ORIENTATED AND SAFE.

    Badalona is a great town/city near to Barcelona, which is easily accessible by train and metro. Plenty of great bars and restaurants both on the beach and in the centre. Highly recommend Badalona if you want to be close to the centre of Barcelona, but do not want the mad rush and crowds of the city every day of your stay.

    Our review of our Hotel Mirimar: We have had the most excellent short holiday here. (A surprise trip for my 21yr old). Our room is one of the last to be restored. (The new ones look great). We just did not mind this situation as we have got the best view going. (Overlooking the sea). And the service & atmosphere here is just super. Always a smile and a chat in reception. Happy to assist & advise. Quick to sort any problem. Coffee & water to buy at reception. Safe in room. Kettle if you ask. Parasol if you ask. Beach towels if you ask. Airconditionned room. Really a home-to-home hotel. Just 83 steps to the sand. Crystal clear (though deep) water. Road nextto beach just for joggers and cyclists and dogwalkers. Council thoroughly washed walkways & roads twice in 3 days Many places to eat. Area wheelchair & rolator friendly, (not sure if one can get to water's edge somewhere) Showers on beach, volleyball nets, local outdoor pool, local paddleboard hire. Local train and metro, (quick to Barcelona) I recommend this place I hope to return...VERY soon.

    8n general i could say that Badalona has some issues to solve., it has a big problem with the management of waste and cleanines of streets and public places . I mean the excretions of dogs that are everywhere..

    This my second stay at this hotel and I recommended to my friend who happened to get the room next door! The hotel is very near to the beach (we could see it from the window) near to the train station and a short walk from then nearest metro. The street it is on is well placed for places to eat (the vegan cafe Ingrediente Secreto is literally across the street and is the BEST) - plenty of cafes/ bakeries/ fruit shops. It’s a great location if you love to watch the sunrise from the beach or have an early swim. There are lots of opticians and shoe shops and a choice of clothes shops like H&M and useful home wares shop- they sell everything from cushions to insoles for shoes to umbrellas and face jewels; Great on a rainy day!

    Tim, the owner, is super nice and very helpfull in all way!!! The apartment is amazing! Really amazing! There is everything what you need! Also the location is amazing, super close to supermarkets, 20mins from Barcelona, and also in front of there is the beach, which is also cool!
