The location on the river is incredible. The room was big and modern. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Food and service in the restaurant was very good. The patio overlooking the river is a wonderful place to relax, read, have a drink. The cellar/bodega which is probably 400 years old is worth seeing.

Beautiful tastefully decorated and maintained accommodation, the room was large well equipped with a good sized bathroom and shower, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, the owner let me park my motorcycle in their garage, good breakfast but no restaurant. I was directed to somewhere a couple of minutes walk away.

We love staying in Arrope. The hotel is lovely and the staff are great. We had a splendid dinner in the restaurant on both nights and travelled to the Plaza to buy wine and met a very nice guy who was good friends with our receptionist.

    Several restaurants, hotels and a bar in a small village...

    Several restaurants, hotels and a bar in a small village serving amazing food. It is possible to walk to the wineries at Haro if you are reasonable fit and the foot bridge is open. The roads are fairly quiet and getting around by car is easy . Public transport is very limited. Taxis are busy at night time. There are no shops in the village but there is a large supermarket at Haro.

    We had expected the property to have a restaurant when we arrived in the evening, the restaurant was for breakfast in the morning. We had our dog with us who wasn’t permitted in the one restaurant in the town but allowed in the wine bar which turned out to be fun and a reasonable pizza and burger (plus a great bottle of Rioja). The hotel breakfast was really excellent. All staff in the hotel were really friendly and helpful

    Easy to find with convenient parking. Quirky place with dark wood, wrought ironwork and lots of old wine barrels etc as decor. Menus in bedroom gave options for breakfast, burgers or pizzas. The hotel also offered a menú del día - tasty meat stew was good but just a plate of cubed slow cooked meat.

    The hotel is excellent, especially Nurria as well as all the staff. Stayed 3 nights shame it was not longer but would return again probably with some friends to explore the region even more. breakfasts are excellent .
